     Please send me two pairs of your Gel Insoles
"Goosebumps For Work Boots" in size men's medium (size 9).
I am buying them for my husband who is a diabetic, and
needs them.  He says your insoles have really helped him. 
He works on a hard cement floor, an he says since he's
been using them his feet "Don't hurt, don't ache, and 
they don't get numb anymore."  So I hope you DON'T stop 
making them - because he'll require two pairs a year for 
the next 16 years, until he retires.

     I thought you should know how well your "Goosebumps"
work. Thus far, you have saved my husband a trip to the
podiatrist. Thank you.

Dear Goosebumps;

     I am writing to you to rave about your Goosebumps.  
I've never bought a product that has helped me so much.

     I am 49 yrs. old. I'm a registered nurse and suffer
from a disease called fibromyalgia which gives me chronic
muscle pain, a sleep disorder and chronic fatigue.  I've
had this affliction for 5 years.  I work full time for a 
busy internist and I am on my feet 10 hrs. a day. I suffer 
from excruciating foot pain. After seeing several specialists
no one has been able to relieve my chronic foot pain. My
23 yr. old daughter watches QVC home shopping channel and 
insisted on buying the Goosebumps for me, which I was
really not interested in.  When they arrived I tried them 
and after the first day I had 50% less foot pain! I now
wear them every day and my foot pain is about 75% less.
They have made my life almost bearable again.  My full
time job is so important because my husband and I are
trying to put our third child through college.

     Thank you for helping me to continue in my
profession which I love. I attend a support group for
people afflicted with fibromyalgia and have recommended
them to so many people with foot pain.  I also recommend
them to many patients I see with foot pain from arthritis.

Dear Goosebumps,

Thank you for your prompt response to my request for
my reorder of Goosebumps Super-Velvet Feet. I 
originally ordered Goosebumps from QVC in August 1995
and have been wearing them everyday since. I will admit
that I was skeptical at first about your product but after
wearing them, I am a believer now.

Before wearing Goosebumps, I was being treated by a
chiropractor for back and leg pain.  Now as long as I wear
my Goosebumps, I don't have the pain that I did before.

Dear Sirs;

I have never before written a testamonial, but because
of this product I am compelled to do so now. In the last
6 yrs. I have had 4 femoral artery surgeries on my legs.
I have poor circulation, subsequently I developed foot
problems because of this.  My most recent operation has
caused the most problems, i.e. calouses, sore feet, 
weakened tendons and so on.  My job causes me to be on
my feet all of my working hours on a very unforgiving 
concrete surface.

Suffice it to say I've tried all kinds of shoes, inserts,
insoles etc. Nothing worked. A friend ordered your product
from QVC for me.  I wore them to work May 26, l995. I was
at work about 15 mintues when a co-worker stopped to ask
me what I had done to myself because there was something
different about me today.  Some of the guys thought I was
wearing some sort of leg brace, some thought I had finally
found a decent pair of shoes.

Gentlemen, since I returned to work on Jan. 25, l995, I
have walked with a very pronounced and painful limp
everyday. But that Friday, because of your insoles,
I walked so normally that at first no one noticed that
my limp was gone.  Further more, after work I went home
with absolutely no tension in my legs.  I did
not have to soak my feet to take away the swelling, 
because there was no swelling.

Because of your product I now am able to do things that
I could not do before, (especially with my grandchildren).
It is so wonderful to at last have a product like yours
that EXCEEDS it own predictions. I am telling anyone who
will listen about your product, because for me this borders
on the miracles of modern science. I am starting to feel 
like a very young 53 yr. old instead of a sore, tired and
aching OLD, OLD 53 yr. old.
